Scientific fluency
Neuroscience, human biology, anatomy, physiology, disease, and health concepts are familiar working territory — not vocabulary I am meeting for the first time.
I’m a Queens-based science communicator and entrepreneur bringing a B.A. in Cell Biology & Neuroscience, graduate training in education, three years of audience-facing science communication, and hands-on business-development experience to territory-based healthcare sales.
I do not claim prior pharmaceutical-sales experience. I bring the adjacent skills that matter: scientific credibility, audience adaptation, relationship development, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to learn complex material quickly and explain it accurately.

Years of adjusting technical explanations in real time for honors, general, multilingual, and struggling learners translate directly to audience-specific messaging.
Teaching and entrepreneurship both reward listening, trust, responsiveness, and understanding what matters to the person in front of you.
Building an independent venture required outreach, follow-up, regulatory planning, deadlines, pricing, research, and decisions without waiting for someone else to move first.
A blend of technical understanding, communication, business development, and execution.
My background combines scientific presentation experience with direct founder-level responsibility for business outreach and planning.
Developed the venture from concept through brand and website launch; researched pricing and unit economics; conducted outreach to host locations and community partners; tailored value propositions and follow-up; and managed licensing, food-safety, and compliance planning across multiple workstreams.
Delivered complex scientific content to honors, general-education, and multilingual/ELL audiences, adapting messaging and engagement strategies while partnering with coaches, administrators, and colleagues around performance and outcomes.
Built and launched a new Anatomy & Physiology course for an emerging medical track, taught biology, and used feedback and performance data to adjust explanations, materials, and instructional strategy.
My founder experience sharpened the habits I would bring into a territory: preparation before outreach, tailoring the message, documenting follow-up, learning from response patterns, and staying compliant while moving opportunities forward.
I am comfortable changing the depth, framing, and language of a technical explanation without changing its accuracy. That same discipline applies to understanding stakeholder needs and making every interaction useful.
Independent business development taught me to build lead lists, initiate contact, keep track of responses, research constraints, and continue the work even when the answer is “not yet.”
A technical undergraduate foundation reinforced by graduate training in how people learn, process, and retain complex information.
Open to pharmaceutical, biotech, neuroscience, medical-device, and healthcare business-development opportunities in the New York market.
